The CozyFit headphones are compatible with various devices, includding smartphones tablets, laptops, and other devices with a standard audio jack.
Use the included charging cable to connect the headphones to a USB power adapter. The indicator light will turn on when charging.
It takes about 2 hours to fully charge the headphones. The indicator light will turn off when charging is complete.
When fully charged, the Lytmi CozyFit headphones can be used for approximately 8 hours continuously.
1. Turn on the headphones.
2. Press and hold the power button to enter pairing mode.
3. Enable Bluetooth on your device and search for new devices
4. Select "Lytmi CozyFit" to pair.
(1) Ensure that the charging cable and power adapter are working preoperly
(2) Check if there is dust or debris in the charging port.
(3) Try using a different USB port or power adapter
With the headphones turned off, press and hold the power button for 10 seonds until the indicator light flashes quickly. This will reset the headphones.
Gently wipe the surface of the headphones with a clean,dry, soft cloth. Avoid using any liquid cleaners.

You may request for a return for a refund via email at support@lytmi.co within the 30-day return period and the unit must be in its original condition. We do not provide prepaid return label at the moment, all return shipping charges must be prepaid. COD deliveries will be rejected.
All the products and accessories must be included into the original packaging. Used/less return item will be rejected. As soon as the returned package is received back at our warehouse, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method in 2-4 business days.
For orders placed on our official website, an email confirmation with the tracking number will be sent to the email address on file.

We are responsible for any quality defects and offer you 36-month warranty for any quality problem. If the buyer has damaged/misused the item(s), it will not be eligible for warranty.
According to the official warranty regulations of Lytmi, warranty services cannot be provided for unauthorized purchase, please contact the seller on the invoice directly for after-sales service.The warranty on Lytmi's product is limited to the original consumer/purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.
The Lytmi team will verify the purchase within 24 hours after receiving your invoice and purchase proof and get back to you with resolution if it should be covered with official warranty. If it is verified to be an unauthorized purchase, we will not provide warranty services.
