1.Lytmi Neo Sync Box supports devices with an HDMI connection. The HDMI device must be plugged into the Neo sync box with an HDMI cable. Smart TV apps and their related services are not supported as their signal doesn't pass through the Sync box to process via an HDMI cable.
2.Please download “Lytmi Home” app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Please note that you should allow access requests to your phone's Bluetooth, Location and WIFI for the app to function properly as required by the App provider.
3.Please ensure that you are using the 2.4 GHz network Wi-Fi connection (Currently 5G is not supported, we are working on it). Most routers nowadays come with "dual band" WiFi. That means they have both 2.4G and 5G WiFi bands. We suggest to search for "How to tell if you have 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz WiFi" if you are not sure.
